My Story

Hi, I’m Brandi

At my core, I’m equal parts creative artist and detail-obsessed problem solver. My first loves were beauty and artistry back in the ’90s, when I was the friend constantly doing everyone’s makeup, obsessively studying Kevyn Aucoin’s technique books, and recreating every look I could. I went on to spend a few years as a graphic designer before transitioning into tech consulting. Across a 25-year corporate career, I developed deep discipline, precision, and the ability to really listen to what a client is asking for, even when they don’t have the words for it yet. But the work itself left me creatively empty. I spent my days behind a screen instead of using my hands, doing work that didn’t spark joy. Eventually, I found myself craving exactly that: hands-on artistry, deep personal connection, and helping people feel truly confident in their own skin.

My shift into permanent makeup started after having my own eyebrow micropigmentation and winged eyeliner done by Veronika Taylor at Permanent Joy in Seattle, and I thought, “I could see myself doing this.” Everything clicked. I knew this was my next chapter. I made the leap, trained directly under Veronika (voted best PMU artist in the Pacific Northwest year after year) and officially returned to my creative roots. Now, I use my meticulous eye for detail to create personalized, natural-looking PMU. I love building real relationships with my clients and being a part of their daily transformations.

Woodinville is where I grew up, and no matter where my career took me across the greater Seattle area, it’s always been home. Opening my studio here just feels right.
